Do you accept exchanges and returns?
Don't love your party goods? Not to worry, we are happy to accept your return and/or assist you in exchanging it for something different. Please note, we only accept unopened and unused product returns.
What is your return policy?
Items that have been unused and unopened may be returned within 30 days from your purchase date. Contact us firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the products you'd like to exchange and/or return.
Once your e-mail is received, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label via e-mail.
Once your product is received and your return is approved, we will refund your original form of payment used within 1-3 business days.
You will be charged a restocking fee of $8.99 which will be deducted from your final return amount once the return is received. Should you decide to exchange the product, this fee will be waived.
How long does it take to process a return?
Your refund will be processed within 1-3 business days after receiving the returned items to our shop. Credit card refunds usually take up to 5-10 business days thereafter to appear on your bank statement.
What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
Uh oh, mistakes do happen. If you received a package different from the one that you ordered, contact us right away and we'll be sure to get you partyware you ordered!
