Can I return my item?
We happily accept returns of items that have been unused and unopened within 14 days. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to authorize your return.
When will my order ship?
Our team is speedy! All orders are processed within 2 business days. Most orders placed before 1pm go out the same day. Your package will be delivered to your doorstep thereafter with 1-3 business days (priority mail) or 3-5 business days (first class mail).
How much is shipping?
Shipping amounts are determined based on package weight and shipping address. You may view shipping rates at checkout.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
We sure do! You may choose faster shipping options at check out.
Do you ship internationally?
How can I edit my shipping address?
If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible email@example.com and we will do our best to troubleshoot. If you didn't catch the mistake in time, please place a new order with the correct address. Once the original package gets returned to us by the postal service, we will refund you for the original order.
How can I update my order?
Please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible if you would like to cancel or modify your order. Our team processes orders quickly, but we will do our best to process your request.
Your package hasn't arrived?
Can't find your package or USPS/UPS has not delivered in time? Please contact your local United States Postal Service or UPS right away. Most issues can be fixed directly with them. You may track your package via Witty Bash's receipt/order confirmation e-mail. If you need more information or would like to file a claim for a missing package, feel free to contact us for assistance. email@example.com
